Shipping Policy

Shipping in the U.S.A. is by USPS and is free of charge.

We have taken great care to design and construct these products to professional standards and are confident you will enjoy and get many years of valuable service from them. However, if a mistake was made and the product purchased by error or for any reason proves unsuitable for your purposes, please contact us for a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA) and ship the unit back to us in original packaging in as-new condition, and a full refund of the original purchase price will be made to the original purchaser.

Delivery Times: Shipping will be completed within 2 business days from receipt of payment. Shipping time can be found on the USPS website. Typically, 4-5 days Coast to Coast, internally 1-3 days depending on distances.

 

USA Sales: Prices shown are exclusive of sales tax. Sales Tax will be automatically added at the point of checkout based upon the billing/shipping address used. Currently, sales tax is charged for the following States: California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Illinois, Washington, Mississippi.

 

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

MTSI RMA Form and Policy:

Within one calendar month of receipt of your order, you wish to return your purchase, a Return Merchandise Authorization request (RMA) can be made and submitted to MTSI. We will review said request, and if approved, issue an RMA by return. For RMA request Click here

 

All merchandise returned should be in undamaged/as-new condition.

MTSI Products are not sold for re-sale. RMA’s should be from the original purchaser.

 

Important Return Merchandise Authorization Procedures.

  • Read our return policy

  • Complete this RMA form

  • Packages returned without a completed and approved RMA number will be refused, and no further action taken.

  • Products must be packaged in original carton, or a carton of equal purpose.

  • Include a copy of your original invoice, proof of purchase etc.

  • The RMA Number issued to you by MTSI must be clearly shown on the shipping document or the return may be refused.
